Heck fire, ole pennstreet said Mr. Brumfield would run the company, but, that never happened.

Ole pennstreet said that Cdex would file all SEC filings on time, but, they never happened.

Geez, little ole pennstreet said that Cdex was not worried about the fat lady siging in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012, but hey, he was wrong on that one too!!!

OMG, ole pennstreet said Mp had nothing to do with Cdex since Mr. Brumfield came to run the company, and low and behold, the court records and Gemini and others pointed that out so clearly, but that never happened either, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sooooooooooooo, " I wouldn't believe him either ", LOL!!!!!!
