1) Why hasn't Macau Eiji company paid any taxes in 2011 and 2012?
2) Why did the company purchase $35M worth of land use rights in Hunan when they can use every penny now?
3) Does management plan to hold on to their preferred series A stock, giving them full control. Or do new shareholders at some point get their voting rights when they purchase this stock?
