Fuhrländer Filed for Bankruptcy last month on Sept 21st

Oh how the plot thickens - Lot of info out there do your own DD

Just remember this.. Our Texas Wind Turbines come from the W2E (Wind 2 Energy Company)license.. However Fuhrländer bought a 36% stake in W2E last year.

W2E is arguing in court that their company not be included in the bankruptcy since no money ever traded hands...

And Arguing All Fuhrländer licenses up for grabs if you have one already.

Might effect 2.7mw APWR china turbines but not the 2.0mw we need for Texas

Fuhrländer bankruptcy: implications for 36% investment W2E

Rostock - After the bankruptcy filing of Fuhrländer now reported the Rostock wind turbines developers W2E Wind to Energy GmbH (W2E) on the impact, as transit countries was involved in about 36 percent W2E. Another important Geesellschafter with a share of 15 percent, the Boulder Licensing S.à.rl based in Luxembourg. W2E explained that with two companies last year, a comprehensive investment agreement was concluded, the next S.á.rl a temporary option to buy back the 15%-owned businesses, in which the Boulder Licensing maintained the independence of W2E is preserved. Only in the case of the complete acquisition of all shares of W2E whose autonomy was to be closed. In this connection exists e.g. no profit transfer commitment by W2E against Fuhrländer.

Free rights management - new licensee
With the opening of the insolvency of Fuhrländer for W2E there the right to cancel the existing license agreement for the licensed product FL2500 and thus exploit the rights to this technology freely. W2E further stated that it was open to all licensees of Fuhrländer in technological questions. Moreover W2E Outsmart independently as development companies with their product license in the 2 MW class in the world market and have been able to in the past week to win a new licensee for this product.

W2E develops multi-megawatt turbines
The W2E Wind to Energy GmbH develops complete wind turbines in the multi-megawatt class, can certify these systems and accompanies the operation of prototypes. W2E leads all relevant areas of development phases independently. These internal activities include concept development, design of machine elements, dynamic simulation, load calculation, management and control and the design of the electrical systems. The development results are offered to potential clients in license. The product consists of the documentation, which enables the licensee in a position to produce wind turbines developed to build, bring into service and maintain.
