I know it states that but all I have seen out of this company is the selling of shares to raise capital which quickly evaporates into thin air.

With a share structure the way it is the only way to get capital would be to RS then sell shares again...as he has done in the past.

I still have stock in this comany and hope it doesn't happen but history doesn't lie
