First, the SEC suspends KMAG and states the following in their order:

KMA Global Solutions International Inc. is a Nevada corporation based in Ontario, Canada. Questions have arisen concerning the adequacy and accuracy of press releases concerning the company’s operations.

The SEC never divulges all of the details of their investigation to date or what action may take place in the future. However, the SEC clearly concluded it was necessary to suspend KMAG with automatic relegation to the grey market.

But, you actually believe what KMAG claims to be doing? The SEC clearly did not.
