$IRCE Tuesday is the worst day next to Friday for trading. Still volume although down is respectable for Tuesday and no news. I still think there is an underlying factor for this to start trading like it has. If anybody hits that small wall this could accelerate through the 200DMA easily. Another possibility is the float has been accumulated where the buyer is satisfied and we are waiting on the catalyst to break this into a runner.
