100% With you. People still holding on to settlement possibilities are hopihng for something that is unlikely to happen. Most likely VRNG will just win the trial.

Not that it matters but I personally think that google is preparing for the loss and just wants other Patent trolls to know they won't just roll over at the first sign of litigation. They will be looking for anything the judge does wrong in an attempt to prepare for the loss and attempt an appeal.
