WHAT LIEN? go to any lawyer and ask him if you made a JV with a mexican corp. and that mexican corp has no assets that means you have nothing to return. you would have to see the JV contract between MSJ and BANDERA but Bandera gold did not carry out with the terms of the contract, so MSJ has nothing to return.
For the titles on those properties shown in Bandera gold web site the Mexican Government are the owners OF ANY TITLE and they assign a consignment of who is the company or person who is going to explore the titles,what i do know is that titles are in the name of 5 X MSJ employee and those employee are working for SRGE and SRGE is running under Bandera gold ADMIN. its a big SCAM!!!
