Yes cabel, that is true. Today many of those 1990's investors were wiped-out. Few trust anything anymore. Most wanting results that are triple vetted before dipping their footsie in the pond.

Not us roaring bulls here, but note how quiet it becomes when we get that unexpected dip in the pps.
