Perhaps the real problem PWC has with the JV is all the boulders & obstacles that need to be cleared first b4 any mining can start. What would it profit them to do all that work? with only the hope of finding actual profitable paydirt?

After the mining begins,, Pete may want to reconsider the JV,, especially after the bonanza jackpot is found, imo... ;^{)
