Vringo granted mobile platform patent No. 8,295,205. This could be another big part of their portfolio. It reads like Samsung is already using it on their S 111 phone, for the sharing of songs on a phone-recall the ad where the blond says, "When do we get that"?

It seems like it took nearly 5 years to go through the hoops of the USPTO. Nice timing, though-right at a critical juncture in the court case against Google. Is this the reason why there are so many meetings out of the earshot of the jury????
