What did they pay for it and how many shares did they give away for you to get to that number.. If the shares have not been issued yet how do you know what the building is worth per share and I will assume that the building is free and clear since you did not indicate any Lia. on the building.. If the building is really worth $40,000,000.00 what will be indicated on the Lia. side to compensate for it's purchase.. If it's shares,, at what price..??? hank

Yeah the building itself is worth $1.33 a share or so. Should get interesting. Thus new filing is nice. PRs soon IMO
