I use virtual brokers. Had nothing but trouble with TD Waterhouse. Every time I wanted to make a trade with TD and pinks I had to call them to do it. They charged me $29 for every trade. Basically I moved my entire portfolio over to virtual brokers and have no problems at all now. Great commission structure also.
