so what is the story with the 10/q? supposedly last week everyone was meeting in ny to finalize the paperwork but nothing came of that and now this 10/q looks like crap. Are they not allowed to talk about a pending JV or are the rumors just non-sense and USPR still hasnt found a buyer?
