I think among the many scam penny stock, this one company is different. They seem not to care to pump nor dilute to kill the stock. They seem like guys who are just working at THEIR OWN PACE, BUT doing something for the business and the shareholders, QUIETLY AND DILIGENTLY. So yes, all this huge filings are for something huge. Wait and we should hear something from them. Till them the PPS will be moving around where it is r lower.....does not matter when the news comes. IMO
