Concerning a merger or buyout, I can't buy into that any longer. Avstar/Twin Air has nothing to offer another company. They don't have anything unique, excusive rights to anything, and carry substanial debt. They have outstanding issues with the SEC, US DOT and who knows what else. They don't even own a plane.
What possible benefit could they be to anyone in a merger or buyout?
