brilliant MIT founders have cutting edge lithium battery...
problems with manufacturing and reduced demand plus a battery recall from fiskars . great idea- execution problems- they filed for BK.
JCI wants the technology, Chinese Co says they will top any offers- they want the technology- take a min and read it for yourself from there. if you read this, you have time
