This is Dan Ferris latest verbatim response to my forwarding of the articles concerning the resumption of operations at the plant in Parral in November:

That's good to hear and we're glad that things are positive.
You also probably noticed we re-filed the S-1 last week and we're hoping this will become effective shortly.


Im waiting for some word re the plant this week - Our man out there is due to meet with them any day.
