I would have to agree with you but one thing we need to understand is that Law enforcement either state or Federal is a huge part of employment in America so therefore, I must say it's going to be an enormous step to accomplish, just look at what we see every day when it comes to upholding an individual when it comes to using Law Enforcement, 20 cops arresting one single individual with a pocket knife.
