While I try to remain optimistic with my investment... your theory doesn't make sense. The blog you link to talks of acquisitions of successful and established companies. AAPT is not that, yet. A company the size of Nestle would never go out and buy an unproven product/brand. They wouldn't even entertain it and it doesn't make sense business wise. If there is no competition, they would just enter the market themselves.

Also can you link to whatever information you have on Lisa talking to "German" investors? I thought it was Belgian, and Swiss... I'm confused. Is this like the Target confirmation?
