trader, I'm thinking that the robust sales of Anatabloc may be straining available resources at all levels. I'm also thinking that Star will catch this problem eventually. I was suggesting a way you may resolve your issue and do the company a favor.

It appears that publicly posting a negative assessment of the CEO meets your need for satisfaction.
