FWIW... It appears from the most recent filing that the Outstanding share count is 122,861,366. There clearly is no heavy Dillusion in play here. This is likely because of a new equity finance agreement with Asher Enterprises. The CEO reversed file 15, and depending on the agreement the authorized shares available will be amended "once again". Patiently! waiting for the next developement.
