I do agree the Shri Lankan project is a huge deal, but it's not the biggest they have ever put out. The biggest project they have ever put out would be the exclusive contract for two entire Countries. That's HUGE. No company in the world could sell a single street light in two whole countries for 5 years with more years to be added if production is satisfactory.
But in typical VPER fashion, they put out a PR in Jan. saying they signed the contract and then not a word has been said since then. THAT is typical VPER and is (and what has been) the very kind of thing that pushes investors away
