This wasn't a Annual report, it reads more like a confession for the last 3 years of P/R Hubris, Misguidance and Failures.

Just think, this C-suite group serves because of the votes placed by Walgreen's Board of Directors, who themselves are elected by the Stock holders.
Now, if only there was a Claw back provision for Executive failures in the loss of revenues.. this would be a good read..
