Miggi, You are absolutely correct regarding the chill with td. I realize they are not on the Dtc website which makes it very hard for people using other brokers to believe. My brother tried to buy both Wednesday and Thursday and received the same message from them. When calling them he was told they were on a chill. He uses a cash only account and still couldn't buy. He was however able to buy with Etrade. GLTA
