He needs the patent validated or it's end of the road for their take over the world plan. Of course he can't win unless we also win. Even though we haven't heard from Mr. Receiver, I believe he is alive and well In Delaware. I look forward to an update once we get to a point that it makes sense. From what SirH said, that might be after the final Markman. As long as I can see progress in the court case, I'm not too unhappy.
