Yep you have made that point. Amazing how I keep forgetting that there are co-defendants in the trial, which alters the strategy. I would be interested to hear JJ and Red's opinion on this, (which, like you, I don't believe I've heard addressed). Because I think it would be VERY difficult to prove WI with the co-defendants, who can easily plead "we didn't know, GOOG told us it was all in the clear...."
Good point, Robbin.. A better fit (to me) than that so far provided by "my" go to legal experts.....! lol
