Why file before all the investigations are completed? For one, it makes our case all that much easier and less expensive if all the violations have already been proven. If not, the attorneys have to spend money on their own investigators to follow up on everything that is alleged that they have done. Who do you think pays for this? We do in the end.

If, at the end of ALL investigations it has been proven that illegal activities have taken place and we do not have the just resolution. We will proceed with further actions which will include the lawsuit.

At this time it is in the best interest of the group to allow the investigations to conclude. I advised everyone long ago, this would not be resolved overnight. You should expect every court hearing to be postponed until these investigations are concluded.
