SGCP in SL has no choice but to become profitable or at least generate enough revenue to pay its bills/salaries/licenses.

It has the means to do this, the stock piled black sands containing gold. Until the stock pile runs out they need to recover, say 1 to 2 oz gold/day from the stockpiled sands. However many people it takes to recover 1 to 2 oz gold from the stockpile, that's what SGCP needs to do. I'm assuming the SGCP gold affiliations will allow them to receive cash back on recovered gold on a daily basis. Or at least a cash loan, backed by "turned in gold".

SGCP has the means to stand on its own financial feet: the stock piled sands containing gold.

Of course the workers must be willing to work for no pay for maybe a couple of weeks. Licenses need to paid first (??).
