I'm betting it will be soon. I know they have had many delays but if they are trying to get caught up, then I would think they will get caught up to the third quarter. They have been exempt from filing requirements because of their size, number of investors etc..

So my question would be, under regular reporting requirements, when are the third quarter SEC's due?
