My recollection of the CLYW charts... was that the last time CLYW made a decent move higher, the move was terminated with the arrival of a crew of short sellers who rolled in on the TRADE... not knowing anything at all about the fundamentals.

I forget what the numbers were, now... in volumes and what the prices were at the peak in the trade... before the clueless shorts rolled in to "take profits" off the plates of the long side traders.

My guess, though, is that there were a lot of shorts entered somewhere around $0.17 a share, who might have been coaxed by the routine in CLYW's dysfunction into thinking the company wouldn't survive long...

I think it is pretty likely that there may still be a fairly large number in short positions still outstanding, tied to the trade occurring in that period of time...

My guess, right now, if CLYW were still trading... after coming out of the Markman hearing right side up and in the green ?

I think $0.51 was the prior high CLYW reached in the period of my awareness of it... and, as amusing as that seems now in hindsight, that prior peak was a bounce based on the company having hired Turrini as CEO to "save" CLYW.

We'd be trading, now, for a bit more than that...

My guess is that $1
