It has nothing to do with tax advantages. It has to do with share structure and public stock solitation and anonimity. Penny scams use states who's laws make things easier for them which is why Nevada and Wyoming are popular.

The tax he's referring to is Federal.



I will admit to using state laws to there advantage. No question about it. I will admit I have not been on much for the last few weeks. Do you have proof the share structure changed??
