Mr. Edward C. Feintech, Eddie is a Founder of Smoky Market Foods Inc. and has been its President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since April 2006. Mr. Feintech is also Promoter of Smoky Market Foods Inc. Since organizing Smoky Systems in December 2000, Mr. Feintech has been its Manager and directed the development phase of the intellectual property of Smoky Systems. Mr. Feintech operated full-service barbecue restaurants and tested quick-service barbecue operations in Des Moines, Iowa from 1977 to 1984. He has been a Director of Smoky Market Foods Inc. since April 2006. Mr. Feintech operated full-service barbecue restaurants and tested quick-service barbecue operations in Des Moines, Iowa (1977-1984) before closing his enterprise and moving on toward development of Smoky Market Foods Inc.'s custom-engineered, USDA-approved wood-burning oven system technology. Eddie has 30 years experience in the industry and operated barbecue restaurants that also produced for satellite restaurant outlets, which initiated the mass-production concept for Smoky Market operations. He designed the smoker-oven technology and developed the Smoky Market menu systemization plan for modular restaurants, and is the Company’s largest private cash investor and shareholder.

Shane Campbell CFO, Director and Chief Financial Officer:
Mr. Shane A. Campbell has been our Chief Financial Officer (acting as a consultant) since our incorporation in April 2006. Mr.
Campbell has served as a business advisor to numerous small and medium sized businesses over his twenty-two years of public and private practice. From April 2004 through the present, Mr. Campbell has functioned as the chief financial officer of Smoky Systems, LLC, and other small companies as chief financial officer on a consultant contract basis consultant contractor. Mr. Campbell worked from January 2001 to April 2004 as chief financial officer for MarketLive, Inc. (previously Multimedia Live, Inc.), an e-commerce software company located in Petaluma, California. Prior to that time, from January 1990 through January 2002, Mr. Campbell was an employee and then a partner at Jones, Schiller & Company, LLC, an accounting firm located in San Francisco. Mr. Campbell earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico in December 1981.

Scott Bargfrede Independent Director:
Mr. Scott L. Bargfrede has been President and Chief Executive Officer of First American Bank in Webster City, Iowa since October 18, 1999. Mr. Bargfrede has experience in financial and banking industry. He has been Director of Smoky Market Foods Inc. May 2006. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1979, with a BA degree in Ag-Business Finance and in 1992, Mr. Bargfrede graduated from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking.

Dennis Harrison, PhD; CIO Chief Information Officer:
Mr. Dennis A. Harrison, PhD, has been our Chief Information Officer (acting as a consultant) since our inception in April 2006;
however, he is expected to become a full-time employee when and as our financial situation permits. Since January 2000, Dr. Harrison has held senior level management positions as vice president of business development for CSF-Telequest from 2000 to 2003, vice president of business development for CallTech Communications from April 2003 to April 2004, and vice president of business development for Effective Teleservices from April 2004 to present. Dr. Harrison received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Classical Languages from the Seminary of St. Pius X, an affiliate of Catholic University, a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Loyola College, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Human Development from the University of Maryland.

Kelly Korleski; President/Chief Operating Officer Core Operations Group:
Mr. Korleski has been serving as Vice President of Marketing & Operations for Specialty Foods since 2000 and is principally responsible for the overwhelming success the family business has experienced in the past 12 years, having grown its $3 million
contract processing business to nearly $30 million at current year-end and producing for some of the largest food companies in the country. Mr. Korleski graduated Magna Cum Laude with an accounting degree and was a touring professional golfer for four years before joining the family’s meat processing business. As a result of Specialty Foods’ success, Mr. Korleski has developed wide-range industry relationships that will serve to enable him to aggressively grow the revenues of his Core Operations company.

Smoky Brand Group executives:
Mr. Jeff Carrick, with nearly 40 years of food industry experience including executive-level positions with major food companies and brokerage company ownership, has become President/COO of the Smoky Brands Group. Mr. Carrick, in turn, has tapped the executive talent of a long-time associate, Mr. Mike Robinson, who has joined the Smoky Brands Group as Executive VP of Sales, and also brings over 35 years of senior management experience in the food and beverage industry. Together, the two Smoky Brands Group executives are signing regional food brokers to market SMKY food products immediately through foodservice distributors, with agreements in place for Texas and Nevada, and New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado to follow in the coming weeks as the program moves national. Retail distribution through supermarkets is planned to begin in early 2013, the extent of which distribution will depend upon the amount of capital the Company has secured to finance aggressive brand development.

Jeff Carrick; President/Chief Operating Officer Smoky Brands Group:
Mr. Carrick has an active career in the food industry which spans forty years and includes senior and executive level management positions with companies in both retail and foodservice sectors. His positions have included McCormick Seasoning, Update International, SYSCO, International Food & Beverage Co, Lu Lu's Dessert, and Specialty Partners, a national brokeragefirm. After leaving corporate employment, Mr. Carrick founded Carrick/George & Associates, a regional food brokerage, which he operated for four years and sold to a large brokerage in California after having developed a customer base of over 40 retail food manufacturers. He then formed Carrick Company International to provide specialized consultation in corporate development of food companies domestically and internationally, as well as to provide expert food business due diligence valuations to investors funding in the food industry. Mr. Carrick is now putting his consulting business on the side and devoting the next five years to capitalize upon his expertise in food merchandising technique and fulfill a dream of building a national brand company.

Mike Robinson; Executive Vice President of Sales Smoky Brands Group:
Mr. Robinson has over 35 years of executive level experience in the food and beverage industry ranging from foodservice management to retail and foodservice sales and distribution. His career experience includes senior and executive level management positions with Distribution Plus Inc, Weber Distribution, Coastal Pacific Food Distributors, Tree of Life Corporate and most recently AquaHydrate, where he built that company’s valuation from start-up to $50 million in four years, having secured product distribution into 3,500 stores nationally. Mr. Robinson founded Spirit Connections Inc in 2003, a consulting firm where he specialized in launching manufacturers in multiple channels of trade including the natural industry, convenience store, grocery and military resell system worldwide. Mr. Robinson has closed his consulting company to join with Mr. Carrick in the management of the Smoky Brands Group where he’ll bring his extensive national and international sales contacts into play for revenue growth.
