THEY SELL AT THESE LEVELS BECAUSE THIS STOCK IS NOT GOING TO RUN TO A PENNY. THEY HAVE NO SUBSTANTIAL REVENUE TO BRING THIS STOCK UP TO A PENNY. NO REVENUE TO KEEP THEIR SO CALLED EMPLOYEES PAID. IMHO
