What happens if the company does a r/s to bring the pps up for the sale of restricted shares? Why would they do that?
No idea, because the restricted shares will be treated the same as shares in the float. "When a reverse stock split occurs, the value of your restricted shares will increase, but the number of shares you own will decrease."
