In the sub-penny world, Kreissler clearly is trying to do something positive. As I posted before, I liked INSQ the least of the component companies because of the capital structure. Unlike an obsessed basher, it's good to look at both sides of the argument. Looking back and posting over and over what happened in the past is a waste of space IMO. Going forward, the picture definitely is better than it was yesterday and that will be reflected in a gradually increasing share price IMO.

The steps today are good first steps. I don't like the 80% discount on the conversion but I do like the restructuring that will cut the potential float and the common o/s. The discount heps GSHF and is reasonable terms given INSQ condition. I doubt they could get better terms elsewhere. But it still creates more of a potential dilution issue.

It's a first step to creation of value. If you run the projected revenues, then you can at least use p/s ratios to come up with some sort of value here.
