Of course it depends on what you consider normal. I do not personally believe it will ever return to pre-suspension trading patterns. No suspended and relegated stock ever has that I can find.

I suppose a reverse merger is possible but have no idea what the implications would be for current shareholders although I suspect they would be bad. In addition, and I am not sure on this point, I believe FINRA/SEC would have to approve the reverse merger. I haven't a clue if they would ever approve such an event for a stock they just suspended.

As regards buyout, IMO it would be extraordinarily stupid for any entity to actually buy this POS.
