I'm formulating a plan for my payout. It is encouraging that the mediation conference lasted all day. I would have expected a short meeting. Apparently there must have been some back and forth discussions. I just don't think Calypso's side is ready to settle. This is too big to take a small settlement. We are 4 months 1 week and 6 days from trial. I may not own anything, but I'm going to spend it anyway.
