Don't forget that PVSP is currently under a DTCC "chill", which means every transaction is supposed to be matched trade-for-trade.

This increase the number of overnight "shorts", when a market maker has not properly matched trades.
This doesn't indicate any long-term short positions.

Penny stock players always agonize about mostly imaginary "short sellers", always attributing to them the low stock price, while studiously ignoring the key factors: their company is losing money every quarter, and is issuing and dumping massive quantities of new dilutive shares on the market all the times.

The effect of dilutive shares obliterates the effect of imaginary short-selling a billion times over.

But, they always whie about the imaginary short selling, while boasting that they are eager to buy ever more and more "cheap shares" of their favorite money-losing, almost-bankrupt, penny stock company.
