I did not intend to make anyone believe that John Gilbert and Company was representing Walgreen in this matter.

John Gilbert represented CVS in its case with the DEA, and the published findings by the Administrative Law Judge were excellent.

Walgreens has another International legal group representing them, but on procedual matters Gilbert was the man..

The veil has been pierced into Corporate Pharmacy's responsibility, as they say you cant unscramble an egg.
