that has nothing to do with the fact that a r/m cost the shell it is being r/m into. it is not a 2000% roi gift to investors. no company would gift another company with a $40 mil asset in exchange for $600 worth of stock. nonsense. stop selling people that garbage. slnx is a buyer beware stock imo.
