I just want to put my opinion on the table.. I've been doing a little research and some digging .. The last great picks by APS .. NR$ and $npk etc... I realized that they were all backed by a huge promoter Prefered Penny Stocks as well ... Who is currently the promoter of PWE* . Who has been doing great . Fighting resistance.. Breaking highs etc.. My point is does anybody think that because this company is not on board with TAgG ( at least not yet ) is why is moving so slow.. And that when there done with Pwei in a few weeks that will run Tagg for the rest of the year with APS and Victory? Just my .02
