according to 28.1 there is one more BOD person to be appointed....

8k filed 5/22/2012

in that same filing 5.25 states after name change:

"5.25 The company shall make application to list its shares for trading on the NYSE AMEX American Stock Exchange immediately after completion"

be interesting to see @ .07 how they plan on doing that

they 8k events....and while there is evidence of an 8k filing that Arun resigned from the board
as a director per this filing

8k dated 8/28/2012

there is no 8k stating Arun resigned in his role as president (28.1 referenced above)
