Tom..I think the 8k-a is the prelude to the s-1a. But...if such little volume moved us to this level, what do you think heavy volume will do :) There is so much more of an upside here then downside. Pure and simple...and the traders that might have made money on the downside here...will also make money on the upside. Just more to be made on the upside now...especially with all the news we expect to be coming our way.

Trading at what..2 times earnings, to date?? LOL...come on...patience will be rewarded,,IMO...
