Hopefully this will be used in the amd vs. intel case on who's a liar

It will surely be used in the law suit by Intel. An established record of corporate "deception and fraud" by AMD is another reason that AMD may have trouble selling its products.

The main reason for AMD's lack of success is weak infrastructure support. End Users buy systems not processors. The infrastructure support provided by Intel allows OEM's to produce better systems and those better systems are what End Users buy.

RAS is important in the server world and a much bigger factor than a weird benchmark. Video game benchmarks are irrelevant in the server world.
