Additional Complaint is for supplemental claims - claims accruing after the initial complaint is filed (see ¶¶15-16) - and can be filed in the instant action or separately. It was assigned to Judges Gilstrap & Payne as a related case and will be consolidated for trial. It was filed after the mediation impasse which leads to a conclusion that the court's jurisdiction over later arising claims probably became an issue at mediation.
