You're close. Those are pictures of the former Northcut Refinery that the previous incarnation of IRCE lost when they couldn't pay their loan. It was then taken over by Garco Energy and is now owned by Antelope Refining.

But if you look closely, you may be able to see the pipeline buried somewhere out there in the background.
