Ckrush Entertainment, Inc. Options ``Volley Girl'', a Feature Film Screenplay

NEW YORK, Oct 11, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- New York based Production Company, Ckrush Entertainment, Inc. ("Ckrush"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cedric Kushner Promotions, Inc.(PK: CKPI), announced today that it has optioned the rights to the original screenplay "Volley Girl", written by David Matalon and Chris Woolsey (the "Writers"). The deal was done between the Company, the Writers, and Jonathan Pillot (Executive Producer "Against the Ropes", starring Meg Ryan, 2004), who are attached to produce. The Company has acquired the exclusive option to purchase the film, television, home video and allied rights to the Screenplay. The option may be exercised by the Company for an agreed upon fee and other agreed upon conditions, for up to an 18-month period.

Ckrush Entertainment recently announced the completion of principal photography for two films it is Executive Producing, "Beer League" and "TV the Movie".
