Facts not spin, all of which can be supported.
1. The litigation by the divers is in the Dominican Republic. Not the United States. How many times now must you be told. Call the law firm of Fernan Ramos in Puerto Plata who is representing the divers and others included (not B. Webber). It is not unusual for cases of this nature, in that country, to take very long as this one apparently has. There is also common "rumor" floating around that MEI may have compromised possibly the lawyer or the judge in charge of the case. The point is, the case still remains open and this also can be validated.

2. Hispaniola Ventures, LLC was never obligated to pay the divers (we weren't employees but independent contractors). That was an obligation of MEI under there funding requirements in the JVA. They failed to fund the projects and Webber issued them notice of default. MEI has issued Hispaniola Ventures, LLC a formal letter of full indemnification acknowledging their obligation towards this and other matters. How do I know this? When we filled suit against the boat, representation by the Ramos law firm, Webber disclosed said letter not only to the lawyer but also to us. Most of us also had an opportunity to read the DR contract on board ship and I for one had read parts of the JVA as he wanted us to know what was going on with this outfit. End of story. In our book (all of us), Goldberg has shown himself to be an outright liar and doubtful that anything has changed.
