Extreme money to be made here, let there be no mistake, on the 25th MSE is a done deal.
If MSE is a done deal on Oct. 25th, are you saying that currently the acquisition of MSE by the private company GTHI is not a done deal?


The papers probably were filed during the 10 day suspension like Jim said. It will take time for them to be reviewed.
The SEC does NOT review 10qs and 10ks before they are downloaded onto the SEC website and are officially filed and made public. There are no financials visible on the SEC website for GTGP. Hence GTGP has yet to file its financials and will be revoked.
